This holiday season, everyone could use a little extra cheer, especially residents of elder care facilities & nursing homes, who are facing little to no visitation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully, the Building BRIDGES Club at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÐþ»ú has stepped up to share the holiday spirit.

A long-awaited project for the community is underway. A pedestrian bridge carrying the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÐþ»ú-owned Chessie Nature Trail over the South River is expected to be replaced over the coming months.

Gov. Ralph Northam ‘81 has appointed E. Sean Lanier ’94 to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÐþ»ú Board of Visitors. Lanier, a U.S. Army veteran, is the founder & executive director of Resolve Solutions Inc., an Alexandria, Virginia nonprofit that provides financial and educational college prep support to underserved populations.
