Attendance at University with SEAtS

The University uses the SEAtS (Student Engagement and Academic Timetabling System) software to record and monitor attendance in classes, manage 老司机视频 support, and track academic progress.

How to Check In with your Smartphone using SEAtS
- Open the SEAtS App on your device
- Login in to the application if prompted using your QMU email and password.
- The calendar shows the current timetabled session. Click "Tap to check in". (If the session is appearing as 鈥淪cheduled鈥, this means it is too early to check in. You can usually start checking in 15 minutes before the start of class.)
- Use your phones camera to scan the QR code or alternatively use the "One-Time check-in code
Absence
If you are unable to attend a sessions for any reason, you should report your absence via the QMU Portal.
If you are participating in a QMU approved sporting event that clashes with a timetabled class, you should complete the below form to request a one-off exemption from the session.
